Please review our reschedule and cancellation policy below: Rescheduling Appointments • You may reschedule your appointment without any fee if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. • To reschedule, please contact us via email at contact@nighthawkalliance.com or through your account on our website. Cancelling Appointments • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment date will incur no penalty. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost. • To cancel, please contact us using the methods provided above. No-Show Policy • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification ("no-show"), you will be charged the full appointment cost. • No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. • Multiple no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
